Eric Bloom, a senior technology executive, has managed more than 100 professionals,
controlled multi-million dollar budgets, managed offshore resources and lead multi-location software
development efforts.
Eric is also the founder of www.LaunchHR.com. Additionally, he has been a senior executive at
Monster Worldwide, Independence Investments and Fidelity Investments. He has also been an adjunct
professor at Bentley College and Boston University, and is the author of several books on
computer languages. He lives and works in Massachusetts.
