The Information Technology (IT) Management Training Series is a set of classes designed to increase the effectiveness of IT managers by widening their knowledge of IT, discussing techniques to enhance user support and satisfaction, provide insights into motivating technical professionals, and provide information on the use of various best business practices.

All of the classes listed below are available on both on the web and as a classroom-based two-hour lunch-and-learn workshop. In these busy times, they are designed to be short, information packed, and a little bit fun. Also, to maximize training efficiency, all lunch-and-learn class participants receive 30 day free access to the same online class on our web site.

This web-based training resource contains all of the classes listed within the Class Descriptions tab and is presented using a combination of text, audio and video.

As described in our Teaching Philosophy, we believe that everyone learns differently, and that is why our materials are presented in multiple formats. Also, please note, that all of our classes can be customized to meet your needs and are also available in classroom-based workshops.

Our Survey Plus Platform combines the strength of our eLearning platform with state-of-the-art surveying and testing capabilities. This platform allows us to do training needs assessments, required statutory training (such as Sexual Harassment, Code of Ethics, etc.), internal testing and certifications, Pre- and Post- class testing, and general surveys.

The New Manager Training Series is a set of classes designed to increase the effectiveness of your less experienced managers and bring new managers up to speed more quickly. Each class in the series teaches an important but different topic. As a result, the classes can be taken in any order, thus allowing managers to start attending classes at anytime in the training cycle.
